Welcome to Cuey. It is operated by Avi Berger Productions, Israel. By using Cuey, in the browser or the desktop app, you agree to these terms.

1. What Cuey is

Cuey is software for running content on screens at events: a cue list, GO, transitions, slide creation, AI Builder and screen sharing.

2. Beta

Cuey is currently in beta: - Features may change, be added or be removed. - Some Studio features are temporarily free, and we may end that when payments start. - Our advice: before an important event, run your show once from start to end, and keep a backup of your files.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your email and a one-time code.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email safe.
• One account per person. Don't share access with others.

4. Your content

• Everything you bring in, your files, texts and programmes, stays yours.
• You are responsible for having the rights to what you show or play: videos, pictures, music, logos and names.
• Backgrounds and music from Pixabay are covered by the Pixabay licence.
• Videos from YouTube and Vimeo are covered by those services' terms.

5. AI Builder

• AI Builder uses artificial intelligence to suggest slides.
• It can make mistakes: a name, a time or a wording. Check every slide before it goes in front of an audience.
• There is a daily usage limit.
• Don't use it for illegal, offensive or misleading content.

6. Not allowed

You may not: - Use Cuey for anything illegal. - Try to break in, get around limits or locks, or overload the servers. - Copy, sell or distribute Cuey as your own product.

7. Studio and Pro (paid, when available)

• When we turn on payments, the price and terms will be shown before you buy.
• Payments will be handled by an outside payment provider.
• A cancellation and refund policy will be published when payments open, in line with consumer protection law.

8. Ownership

• Cuey, its name, logo, design and code belong to Avi Berger Productions.
• We give you a personal permission to use the software. That permission does not include ownership.

9. Responsibility

• Cuey is provided "as is", without a promise that it will work without problems on every computer, screen or network.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect damage, a disrupted event, lost data or lost profit.
• In any case, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Stopping

• You can stop using Cuey and ask us to delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

11. Privacy

How we handle information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the date here. We'll tell you about any important change in the app or by email.
